+An accumulation point, also known as a [Limit Point](/wiki/limit_point), is a point in a [Topological Space](/wiki/topological_space) where infinitely many members of a set cluster arbitrarily close. Even if the point itself is not part of the set, every neighborhood around it contains another point from the set.
