+A [Customs Union](/wiki/Customs_Union) is an agreement where member countries eliminate [Tariffs](/wiki/Tariff) and other trade barriers among themselves. Beyond internal free trade, they also adopt a common external policy, including a unified [Trade Policy](/wiki/Trade_Policy) and common tariffs, towards non-member countries.
