Deus Ex Machina

Deus Ex Machina (Latin for "god from the machine") is a plot device where an improbable character, object, or event unexpectedly resolves a seemingly unsolvable conflict. Originating in ancient Greek Drama, this sudden intervention often comes from outside the established narrative, serving as a quick, decisive Plot Device. While it provides resolution, its use can sometimes undermine the story's internal logic or character development.
