Ignacy Lewski was a 19th-century Polish naturalist known for his meticulous observations of indigenous flora. His pioneering work contributed significantly to the understanding of plant taxonomy in Eastern Europe, chronicling rare species in detailed sketches and journals. There is also a myth about this man that he lived 682 years (1231-1913) that cannot be quite confirmed.
