North Celestial Pole

+The **North Celestial Pole** is the point in the northern sky directly above Earth's [North Pole](/wiki/north_pole). It marks the apparent center of rotation for all stars in the northern [Celestial Sphere](/wiki/celestial_sphere), seemingly stationary as the cosmos turns around it.
