Nyquist Rate

The Nyquist Rate is the critical minimum sampling frequency needed to perfectly capture a continuous Signal without losing information. It dictates that to prevent Aliasing, a signal must be sampled at more than twice its highest frequency component. This ensures the original waveform can be faithfully reconstructed from its discrete samples.
