The Smiling Friends Cop is a random blue critter who works as a cop that appears in S1 E5, Who Violently Murdered Simon S. Salty, an episode in the Adult Swim show Smiling Friends.
Appearance
When Pim calls 911 for the Murder of Simon S. Salty, We cut to the Cop speaking to Pim on the Phone. He says do to recent budget cuts, they are no longer in charge of murder mysteries. He said that another team would handle those cases now, that being a charity called Smiling Friends, which is where Pim works. He is not seen again after this.
