Venturi Effect

The Venturi Effect describes the reduction in fluid pressure that results when a fluid flows through a constricted section of pipe. As fluid velocity increases within the narrow section, its static pressure concurrently drops, a phenomenon explained by Bernoulli's Principle. This effect is crucial in devices from carburetors to flow meters.
