Brass Instrument

A Brass Instrument is a type of Wind Instrument that produces sound by sympathetic vibration of air in a tubular resonator, achieved by the player "buzzing" their lips into a Mouthpiece. Pitch is primarily controlled by varying lip tension and the use of valves or a slide to change the length of the air column.
