The Bug Of Knowledge is a character created for the Adult Swim show Smiling Friends and first appears in the episode Le Voyage Incroyable de Monsieur Grenouille (S3, E2). He knows all the answers to life's questions, and seems to be some kind of species of fly. He does not appear again after this.
His Talk to Mr. Frog
After Mr. Frog achieves inner peace, he sees the Bug of Knowledge. He tells Mr. Frog that he has all the answers to life's questions, but says that before he revels them, he ask Mr. Frog if he knows any way to fix his computer, as it was acting really slow. Mr. frog says he has really no idea, and the Bug of Knowledge says he appreciated the help anyways. He would then tell Mr. Frog to eat him, and that all would be clear. Mr. Frog would then eat the Bug of Knowledge and his entire life would flash before his eyes, and after this he would become a photo realistic frog and say, "Goodbye."
