Mr. frog is a fictional character created for the Adult Swim show Smiling Friends. In universe, he is famous for his TV show, The Mr. Frog Show, named after him. He was faced with controversy after putting a TMZ reporter in his mouth for roughly 7 minutes. He would soon gain his fan's trust back after he ate Rex, the producer of the show. He was also known as being the former President and ruler of Earth.
The Mr. Frog Show
The Mr. Frog show is what Mr. Frog is most known for. It ran for 47 season and had broken every record in television history. This all culminated in a national phenomenon known as Frogmania. It's original run would end after Mr. frog got terminated for his controversies, and the Mr. Frog show would come back after they had replaced Mr. frog. The Person who would take Mr. Frogs place would be Glep, a green critter who works at a charity called Smiling Friends. Glep would only act as Mr. Frog for one episode, as Mr. Frog would brake into the set to say sorry to everyone for what he did, but Rex stopped him after he said he was was done with and replaced. Mr. Frog would then eat him, and after this Mr. Frog would make a show from his house and own 100% of it.

The only full episode of The Mr. Frog show we get to see in full is in the episode Mr. Frog. Here is a description of the Mr. Frog episode:

Mr. Frogs runs up to audience in a swamp setting. Next to him is a bug, sitting on a rock. Mr. Frog would then say this: "I'm Mr. Frog. This is my show. I ate the bug." After this statement, he would then grab and eat the bug that was on the rock, and afterwards he would say this: "I ate the bug. This is the end. I love you." After this, the credits would play.
We did get to see much of what the first episode of the Mr. Frog show reboot looked like, but we did not truly see the actual episode.
We also get information from Charlie in the episode The Magical Red Jewel (aka Tyler Gets Fired) while he was trying to revive Jason that he had learned some CPR from **The Mr. Frog CPR Special**.
Controversy
In the episode Mr. Frog, Mr. Frog would face much controversy after putting a TMZ reporter inside of his mouth. He was in Mr. Frog's Mouth for about 7 minutes, and after this Mr. Frog would get terminated from his own show. Two of the Critters from a Charity known as Smiling Friends, which is the same Place Glep works at, would go to Mr. Frog's house to try to help him out after seeing the backlash he had gotten. There names are Pim and Charlie. They would first attempt to do a meet and greet, but Mr. Frog would Strangle one of the people there as he thought he was insulting him, when he just wanted a selfie. Things would get worse as when they tried to get him off drugs and give a large donation ($1,000,000) to a foundation called the Meep Foundation, when would cut off a woman's hands with the check. There last attempt was to get him on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon. During his time there, Mr. Frog would say that the worst part about working on the show as working with all those filthy... We don't know what he truly said, but it must have been really, REALLY bad. He would be blacklisted and Completely deplatformed. The only reason he got out of his controversy was when he would break into the shoot of the New Mr. Frog show to say sorry for everything he did, but Rex would stop him and say that he had fully been replaced, and he would show him the contract to prove it. Mr. Frog would then eat Rex and the contract, and after this, everyone would cheer for Mr. Frog and finally, his controversy was over. After this, He was offered many lucrative deals, but he would insted make a show from his house and own 100% of it.
Presidential Campaign
In the episode Mr. President, Mr. Frog would run for president against current President at the time Jimble. It seemed like, at least for a while, that Mr. frog would win the election in a historic 50 state landslide, but somehow during the presidential debate, President Jimble would gain loyal followers, and so it seemed like now it was actually going to be a battle. Mr. Frog would barley win the election Because of one vote, that vote being from the one, the only, GLEP! The closest election in history had just been won by Mr. Frog.

Time as President
We do not know much about Mr. Frogs time as President, but in the episode Le Voyage Incroyable de Monsieur Grenouille, we can see that Mr. Frog has become emperor of Earth, and that no one opposes him anymore. He has literally nothing left to do. He had complete and totally won. Mr. Frog would would then leave his position as he thought it sucked. He would make a single peanut take his place, making it the supreme emperor of Earth.
After His Presidency
He would start to develop depression for he thought he had achieved everything. Pim and Charlie, the two critters who tried to get Mr. Frog his show back, would find him there and try to help him out. They would try to get him a new goal, and they would make him join the UFC. He, without punching a single time, would kill everyone who attempted to fight him. He would become the number 1 UFC champion of all time. His depression worsened, and after Pim tried to sing a song about Happiness to Mr. Frog, after kicking him in the face, Mr. frog would take his advice and go find his family. When he did, he would realize that his dad had thought he had left them, and that they had been an embarrassment to the Frog name. After leaving, Mr. frog would start to cry, but would soon stop and start to relax. He would achieve inner Peace, and he would meet the Bug of Knowledge. After eating him, Mr. Frog would have his life flash before him, and then he would become a photo realistic frog. After this, he then says, "Goodbye."

Lastly, he would be mentioned by Charlie in S2, E7: The Magical Red Jewel (aka Tyler Gets Fired) when he is trying to do CPR to Jason.
